Helen has worked at a senior level in an inner London Borough, in social services and housing as a specialist in older peoples’ issues. She was Project Manager for the options appraisal and transfer of Brent’s Sheltered Housing. She has also been an employed worker in a Tenant Management Co-op; and worked on developing tenant involvement in a large LSVT. Helen works with TACT where changes to Council tenants’ homes are under negotiation, provides bespoke capacity building programmes for residents and tenants; mediation; and gets involved where her specialist knowledge of older peoples’ issues are required.
