Kathryn leads the Tenants Advice and Consultancy Team (TACT) - the Independent Tenants’ Advice part of the business. She is using the knowledge gained from this work to develop our Public and User Involvement work. TACT has worked to support tenants on over 80 stock options appraisals, all types of transfer proposals, ALMOs and PFIs, across England and Wales. Kathryn has worked for local authorities and housing associations in England and Wales, and been an Interim Manager for Mind in Cardiff. She also has experience of voluntary sector Board membership and is a Board Member of Tai Hafan
