Bron Afon is a fully mutual organisation which we helped to design and set up. We provided support to Members in the recruitment of the entire Executive Team; and set up a Quality Design Forum to bring together staff, Board and Members (tenants, leaseholders and citizens) in the entire procurement and contract management activity for £170m works programme, to be delivered over 5 years
