USER AND PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT

This work draws on our enormous experience of working direct with service users and providers and Boards. We understand the business imperatives for involvement, user expectations and associated regulatory issues in the housing and social care sectors. Our aim is to facilitate service users, staff and Boards to promote culture change and promote joint working towards shared objectives.

We provide community and neighbourhood audits and business planning, and use our expertise to help to develop community strategies, from the “bottom” up. For example, we developed London’s first Groundwork Trust, and Liverpool’s City Centre Living Strategy
